Das LEGO Creator Expert Carousel 10257 ist hierzulande ab dem 1. Juni für 179,99 Euro erhältlich. Ob es einen VIP-Vorverkauf geben wird, ist zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch unklar. Das Set beinhaltet 2.670 Teile und kann mit Power Functions (nicht enthalten) motorisiert werden. Fünf märchenhafte Tiere drehen ihre Runden und steigen auf und ab, und auf ihnen können freilich kleine und größere Erdenbewohner Platz nehmen.

Sehr interessant ist, dass bei diesem exklusiven Set die SNOT-Technik großflächig zum Einsatz kommt. Weniger schön ist, dass sehr viele Sticker verklebt werden müssen. Einige bedruckte Teile können aber ebenfalls ausgemacht werden. Bereits im Jahre 2009 hat LEGO mit dem Grand Carousel 10196 ein großes Kinderkarussell veröffentlicht – ein erster Vergleich der beiden Fahrgeschäfte.

  1. 180 €? Geht generell vollkommen in Ordnung für 2700 Steine. Ist natürlich immer noch “teuer”, aber es sieht echt extrem super aus muss ich sagen.

  2. Ist schon bekannt, wann das Creators Space Shuttle in den Handel kommt?

  3. Der Preis geht an sich schon in Ordnung. Aber ich hoffe dennoch, dass das Set es, wie das Riesenrad, auch wieder ins Sortiment von Galeria Kaufhof schafft, was uns hoffentlich wieder die Gelegenheit für nette Rabatte geben sollte…^^

  4. wirklich ein sehr schönes set, mit einem klitzekleinen aber:
    die positionieriung der minifigs, vor allem der kinderfiguren mit kurzen beinen, auf den tieren finde ich, bis auf den schwan, nicht so gelungen.
    wenn das kind da so in, gerechnet auf minifig-maßstab, 2,50m bis 3m höhe auf dem elefanten steht, dann finde ich das innerhalb der kleinen lego welt nicht sonderlich glaubhaft.
    aber das ist natürlich meckern auf hohem niveau und man kann dieses “problem” schließlich auch wegmodden.

  6. Generell ein tolles Set. Die Sache mit den Kinderfiguren und den riesigen Tieren wurde ja schon angesprochen. Was mich weitaus mehr stört sind die – den Bildern nach – zahlreichen Aukleber …

  7. Power Functions hätten gleich mit dabei sein sollen. Und ein Soundbrick fehlt leider auch.
    Sitzschalen o.ä. für die Passagiere fände ich auch sehr wichtig, damit es realistischer wirkt. So kann man das Karussell eigentlich nur ohne Figuren fahren lassen.
    Ansonsten sehr hübsch anzuschauen. Das alte Grand Carousel gefällt mir aber trotzdem besser.

  8. Von Lego gibt es in den FAQ den offiziellen Tipp, Aufkleber mit Glasreiniger aufzubringen. Hat das schon jemand versucht? Ich habe Zweifel, dass die dann wirklich noch gut haften…

  9. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass keine Power Functions und auch kein Sound Brick dabei ist. Der Sound hat doch das alte Karussell zu was besonderem gemacht.
    Dann gefallen mir viele Details bei dem alten Set viel besser (die Lichter / Glühbirnen, die oben angebracht sind, etc.).
    Auch finde ich die grüne Basisplatte bei dem neuen Set arg knapp bemessen. Wirkt irgendwie wie abgeschnitten. Das war bei dem alten Set viel besser.
